I've been working so much as your typical photographer lately (sorry for not updating my page, it simply takes so long!) -- that I'm really out of practice when it comes to photomanipulations. Albeit this month -- I've got a TON of photomanipulations to get done for clients -- so lets hope I can get back into practice REALLY quickly. <3 I have to fix the legs on Tempestas, do a maternity floating image, a faun, a viking, and two more goddess-style images for clients. And this isn't including the other photoshoots I have to do this month. <3 Wish me luck - I'm going to need it!

COVID is a BITCH
COVID has fucked me right up. I haven't posted much of anything because I've literally been sleeping and writing a book. I've lost my work because people don't need photographers when you can't get close to people.
I like to write
I rarely get a chance to -- but thanks to the broken ankle, I've had an opportunity to get into short stories again, which are my favourite thing to write. Rarely over a page, so they never take up much time. I don't have a lot of viewers when it comes to my art -- but if you read, I'm on Tumblr (I spent forever looking for the right site to use -- and Tumblr is failing pretty miserably -- but it has the space, so I figured I'd write there) under a pen name. https://emily-charles.tumblr.com/ If you have tumblr - or even if you don't I guess, take a look and see if my short stories, or writing style is of any interest to you. I'm also taking a TON of my old stories and power-posting, so I have a place to keep them. There's a lot of short little stories.
Why do I need a second shooter?
So your wedding is coming up. The most miraculous day of two lives joining together, and I offer you two separate prices. One for a solo shooter (myself), and the second for myself and a second shooter. I promise you, I am aware that two photographers costs more than one – but let me tell you WHY we offer that, and why I will insist upon the latter.

Adjustment Period
It took me about a week to get used to the new Cintiq 22HD Touch tablet (as you can tell by the quality in my work, honestly). The backlight caused me some issues with the levels of brightness and how saturated some of the images are. I have since remedied that situation. Thankfully my assistant gave me the opportunity to edit her maternity photos first -- and I will be modifying those photos when I have a little more free time. :) Very thankful to have patient people in my studio -- now the quality has improved and the colours/brightness are more on the mark.
